Detailed Instructions
1. Your KnoxAway bottle contains 0.5oz of powder gler bru 2- add 4oz of water to the 5oz bottle, up to the "FILL LINE"
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds to dissolve the powder
4. The thick translucent blend is teal color, has a mango scent and is smooth bodied
5. If a small amount of powder doesn't dissolve yet, that's OK
6.Let stand about a minute to activate the enzyme
7. If there's still undissolved powder, it will completely dissolve during use
8. Massage half the viscous mix into your hair
9. Hardened gel will start to soften in a couple minutes
10. Work deeply to your scalp to surround all hair with KnoxAway
11. As it melts the hardened gel, it may become thick, too viscous to massage well; add a little water to loosen it

12. You can lightly rinse out your hair now or not
13. Spread the remaining KnoxAway onto your hair
14. Massage again until your fingers easily glide through
15. Rinse completely, let the conditioners set in
16. Start your comb out with a wide-toothed comb, while rinsing
17. This will remove any remaining gel
18. If you like, add detangler spray and use a detangler brush until you're pleased
19. Rinse out your bottle, let dry and save it for next time
20. You can add more powder from a refill stick pack
